Mcdonalds in the usa compared to here in australia?

are the mcdonalds in the usa twice as bigger than our fries we got small medium or large are those chips twice as big as ours

Well at McDonalds, it should be the same worldwide because thats what McDonalds wants, everything to be the same.

I've also been to Europe a few times and when we were in a hurry, we went to a McDonalds and it tasted the same and the portions were the same.

So it should be the same in Australia as it is in the USA

Not only Mcdonalds,others are also different,even Thailand , they serve salad at Mcdonald and in China they serve soup in KFC.

They have the upsize option so obviously yes they do that and you can get triple quarter pounders and you can make your own burger so yes they are bigger compaired to australia

From NZ went on holiday to the states 6 months ago, the McDonalds was a major let down! The only burgers that were the same were big macs and cheese burgers, they had this  range called Angus burgers!? Couldn't get a regular McChicken either :-(

Fries were greasy too! Drinks were free refills though, that was cool lol

The sizes of food/drinks in the US, used to be similiar to how Australias is now.  Bout 30+ years ago the portions fast food places sold were much smaller than today.  

Doesn't concern me as I don't eat any of that c**p no matter what size it is.

I lived in Texas for months and EVERYTHING was bigger especially the value meals. Our regular is their small and their large is like the hugh drinks you get at the movies. Their fast food is so gross. The burgers are wrapped in this foil paper and the lettuce is all limp and the food all greasy. And they dont just have maccas there's wendy's, whataburger, burger king, sonic.... I could go on. Happy to be back in Australia, Everything is a lot fresher.
