how do you treat the other employers?

seems to me, that me and other employers are always treated unfairly, and always get yelled at for small mistakes.

but when the manager makes a mistake, its no big deal.

so how do you guys view us? do you think that you're like "better" in a way.

i understand that you all work hard and all that, but just curious to see if you all view us the same way we view you.

  1. u should treat them the way you want to be treated, and everyone makes mistakes even the manager and if it continues you might want to phone someone above the manager such as the owner or district manager hope this helps

  2. I was a swing manager at a Mcdonald's for 3 years while I was working my way through college. I never looked down on my crew members, and I never thought I was better than anyone. I worked with many people, other managers especially, who took the whole McDonald's thing WAY too seriously. When it came down to it, I looked at it as a job, and we were all working there for the same goal...to make some money. Though it wasn't much money...
