Mcdonalds ranch snack wrap?

Whats in the ranch sauce I have never had it before and it smelled like fish I dont eat fish I threw up and like haven't felt well can you help me out ?

Maybe they're insane and put anchovie paste in it. I know a lot of caesar dressings have anchovies so that may be a possibility?

Or the chicken they used could have been cooked on a surface that had just been used to cook fish and it wasn't cleaned well... Or the wraps could have been kept warm next to the fish sandwiches... quite a few possibilities here.

I hope you feel better; now you know to avoid the wraps at McDonald's, and probably everything else there.
