Mcdonalds regular iced coffee?

Is it sweet? Or is it only sweet if you get a flavoring? Whats the best flavor too?

Who cares?  its ICED coffee....the thought of it being ICED alone should be disgusting enough.

The only sweet one in my opinion is the Iced Vanilla coffee. The other are really bitter.

The orginal is not sweet. It is only sweet when you add flavoring. My personal favorite is the vanilla, or the hazelnut

It is a little sweet and it is delicious. I like the vanilla flavor. However, I must tell you to be careful, and this was just an unusual occurrence, because once I bought my usual iced coffee at McD and as I was drinking it I felt something strange as I chewed the ice and I spat it out on a napkin and it was a piece of glass! I called the restaurant and told them to be careful and they said they would probably discard the ice and bring in new ice. But do buy some it is delicious.
