Well, KFC has no burgers, but real quality chicken and wings. At Mcdonalds, its almost all burgers or something in a bun. Plus, you can get cancer from eating Mcdonalds fries too much. Cheap, but fatal =). KFC in this case

Monica, KFC would be better cause they don't use hydrogenated oils anymore, to fry their chicken.  I think they may still use the stuff to make their biscuits? Don't know how much is used in a biscuit?  Now McD uses the hydrogenated stuff for everything, their frys, chicken you name it.  That hydro- oil is poison to your system.  It's made by blowing hydrogen into some super heated vegetable oil.  It's manufactured oil.  The body can't really digest it properly.  Your better off eating pure butter or lard.

Depends if you want a full meal and stay full for at least 8 hrs or so?  KFC cause they have full meal deals that come with meat and two sides (potatoes) biscuit and a drink.  Not McDonald's everything there is burgers, fries and a drink but not filling just a snack!
