Me again!now, I`d like to know what is in your point of view of The Royal Monastery of the Escorial M?

El Escorial?  If you like history or design, it's great!  Go with a tour guide to get all of the history behind details of the rooms.  There is a huge interesting library of ancient books and a lot of old furniture and artwork.  My favorite part is the burial rooms of many previous kings of Spain.  If I was in Madrid, I would definitely take a trip to El Escorial.

it is ok. Depends for how long you are in Madrid for. The city is big and many things to visit, but if you have a day to spare, then do it! personally i found it too martial, impersonal and serious ...
