Me and lot lakhs of people like me in India are victim of looting of mobile companies and Banks?

Who provides credit cards and loans by alluring highlighting their fake schems..can any one put some details how to deal with these people who canges their schems without any preintimation and make a consumer bound to obey their terms and conditions.

if that does not work, go to a consumer court...
