Me and my Robo Hamster?

Well I just got my hamster and i have a wheel, tube, hut, and food. But all it seems to do if try to climb up the glass and get out. It's really making me sad. What should i do to make it feel better in my home and with me?

my robo hamster named pongo has the crittertrail x habitat and the wheel is on the top and she just hides in it all the time and doesn't come out i had her for 5 weeks.i put gloves on and tried to hold her but she jumped off and hid in her wheel i can't get her up there. should i put her in the bathtub with me? i also want a teddy bear hamster  i will pay for everything my self, pongo was from my dad for christmas i got to pick her early. my friend also got a hamster for christmas its a teddy bear and she can already hold it and i can't hold mine HELP!
