is it safe if im going on the pill 2moz and we have sec on wednesday? my period finished last wednesday and i was just wondering if im safe from pregnacy if i go on the pill 2days before havin s*x

oh and neither of us have any sti's

The pill takes one month to be fully effective and even then its only 99% effective. Soooo... if you know your having s*x then know you're on birth control AND know that you're going to use a condom too. If your bf wants to complain that it doesn't feel as good put a drop of lube inside the condom before he puts it on to increase sensation.

You're starting the pill too late in your cycle for it to protect you from pregnancy this month.  The pills don't "work" overnight. You could still ovulate, in fact if it's been a week since your period, it's very likely you will. You'd be taking a big chance.

But don't take my word for it. Call back the doctor who prescribed the pills for you, and ask them.
