Me and my boyfriend go to different schools what do I do?

me and my boyfriend have known eachother for a long time and we finally got together last week but we only have one more week of summer left and we go to different schools i go to dallas international school and he goes to marsh middle school i don't know what to do because even though we live int eh same neiborhood i am afraid of what could happen during the school year my friend asked him if he was planning on breaking up with me for the school year and he said no but i am a flirt and i am afraid that we won't be able to make it through the year. he is a great guy and i just don't know what to do. should i break up with him and hope that we can still be friends next summer or try to stay together? i really like him. HELP ME PLEASE
