NO....you are not married. But you are both responsible for the car. If you got a loan to pay for the car,, the person whose name is on the loan is responsible for repaying the loan. For example If the loan is in your BF's name but you co-signed the loan, if you break up and he leaves with the car but doesn't make the payments, they will come after you for the money. If the car is repossessed, it shows up on both your credit scores.

no lol but if you guys live in the same house for four yrs in MOST states it would be considered a commonlaw marrage as long as you guys have joint bills/bank account but for 80 dollars in most states you can just get married
