Me and my boyfriend were driving in a little town in Pennsylvania. We wernt listening to the radio or anything

we were on our way to the car wash and i was opening a pack of smokes then out of nowhere the truck went BUZZZZZ and virbrated and along with that was a REALLY bright flash of blue light all we could see was blue. we looked around us and then turned around and went back. It happend next to auto-zone and there was people out side so we pulled in there and ask them if they just saw what happend. they said nope and we looked to see if any power lines were down or anything..nope. so i called my mom, she works on roads and holds the signs for cars. she couldnt figure it out. neither could my boyfriends dad who is a electrician. then we just went on our way to the carwash. sat there for a few min. talking about what happend and we noticed our faces were hot and red and had a slight headache.. and beings my boyfriend knew that whatever it was it had to be high voltage to make the whole truck shake..we deffinately didnt wash the truck. we still have no clue what happend that day.

could it have been an arc from someone welding or possibly a transformer blowing out.
