Property to rent in Perth is in such short supply that they actually auction it to the highest bidder. You will find accommodation hard to come by. You need to budget at least £1000 sterling per month!

Regret my mail is not working - Sydney is cheaper, but not by much. Adelaide suburbs are the cheapest I know of. To get really cheap you need to locate small towns at least 90kms from major cities.
