Me and my cousin want to see each other for longer, but we need to persuade our parents. any ideas?

Question

Ok, so my cousins lives over 3 hours away, and we get to see eachother 2 times a year.

Ella and I are sisters. Jessie and Iillie are sisters.

Ella and Jessie are the same age. (17)

lillie and i are the same age (15)

This year (same as 2 years ago, and last year) Jessie is going to see Ella while I go to see lillie (like an exchange of children)

I HAVE to come to Bristol (where i live) and lillie cant go to essex. but i'm on holiday over the weekend, and come back on Monday. So Monday night we want to meet up.

If my mum says yes, lillies mum will to Monday night. But at the moment my mum is saying no, because of traffic, so we're trying to convince her.

Any Ideas?

Why do you have to come to Bristol if you already live there? Isn't there a dangerous undercurrent in the Bristol Channel? Just dive in and you will meet your cousin sooner than you ever wished.
