  1. ~~As long as you make the payments on time then her credit will be fine and it will help you start to rebuild your own credit. The only way it can hurt hers is if you run late on the payments. When her credit report is pulled up it will only show you as a co-borrower with no credit information given.~~

  2. As long as you pay all payments on time and in full it will not hurt her score and will help yours.

But ... if you get married ... in most states your bad score will hurt her credit.

  3. How munch your car and what brand?

  4. I believe what you are asking is whether your bad score can effect her score.

The answer is NO. Your credit is completely seperate from your fiance's, even your spouse's.

One caveat: If you are Joint signors on the account--which I believe is what you are referring to by saying you both bought the car--if you miss a payment, both of you will be effected negatively.

Only credit that YOU sign for, individually or jointly, can influence your credit. If you end up not marrying, you are still BOTH responsible. If its not paid both of you are affected.
