  1. I think I would certainly trust a 13 year old to babysit an older child. Go check out your chapter of the American Red Cross. The offer babysitting courses that you can take, and that is definitly a great way to get experience that parents value.

  2. Ya im 13 and babysit. In the state of oklahoma u can be a babysitter at the age of 13 and u can charge extra if ur certified!!!!! :D :D cuz i do lmfao. Most people wont hire u to babysit any age 2 or under. Unless they personally know you.

  3. There is a girl named Kylie who babysits my sisters daughter, and she just turned 13. She is great. I actually went over there to check on her while my sister was at a business meeting. She had the baby asleep, and her and my 7 year old niece Ashley were playing SORRY! She did a GREAT job. I bet you could be a baby sitter but you have to really try. I bet Kylie was EXAUSTED when she was done. It's your choice what you want to do. I hope you can do what you want!

  4. I honestly think that 13 is way too young to deal with lookingafteryounger children, although you may seem likevery mature and responsible teenagers you still lack the common sense and knowledge to deal with certain situations.

I would never employ anyone under the age of 18 to look after my children and they would also have to be qualified in the childcare area and hold first aid certificates. they are too precious to leave with anyone less than this

  5. with my 3 1/2 year old but not with my 1 1/2 year old he just to bad.

  6. in my country the legal babysitting age is 14. But i guess if you were really mature there may be aceptions. all you's can do is ask around and see if anyone will let you/s give it go!
