Me and my friend are thinking about starting a magazine and selling it how do we publish and stuff like that?

There is so much that goes in to it. I worked for an indie magazine and you have to be able to get a lot of people to buy ads in order to keep afloat. You have to pay for the paper to print it, the gas to delivery them. People to write all the content (unless you are doing it all yourselves). If you are not going to get a printing press to print every issue you have to pay to have it done. This is just the tip of the iceberg, I would suggest going to Borders or Amazon and buying a book. There is a lot of work and a lot of money at stake. Good luck!!!
