Me and my friend cant get to sleep Please help us!!!!!?

Please help just ideas to get us to fall asleep. Please

  2. drinking a glass of milk works for some people, not listening to music before going to bed, actually relaxing in general before trying to go to sleep. i've heard of people wearing socks too to help them fall asleep... i've never tried that one haha. also, try to go to bed at a set time, like 11. your body never knows when it's bedtime if the bedtime number keeps jumping around every 2 nights.

  4. Make sure all of the lights and music and TV, etc. are off, lay down and get comfortable, take a few deep breaths to relax and close your eyes. One of you start counting "1" then the other will say "2", the first person should follow with "3" and so on (go back and forth counting)...you might giggle at first, but after you do it awhile as long as it is dark and you are not moving around a lot, you will get tired (and bored) and be ready to stop and go to sleep...hope this helps! sweet dreams
