Me and my friend filled up some water balloons. I live in front of a park. What should we throw them at?

There aren't many people out to throw them at. Any ideas? Please reply back ASAP.

my son and I hang at least 10 from a tree with string and the try to pop them by throwing stones at them from a distance

You could invite a bunch of friends over and have a big water balloon fight. Or you could throw them at your siblings (if they are okay with you doing that) or throw them at non-living objects. (trees)
