Whenever making a bet make sure you have the advantage.  This doesn't sound like you thought this through.  Because you took into no account age.

See if you can change the bet, instead of 300 people assign a point system based on the person's age.  IE if the person is over 20 and a virgin you should get ten points, if the person is under 14 and not, he should get ten points, and then the first to 300 should win.  

To ensure a higher probability of victory, tweek the point values in your favor.  IE if the person is 19 you should get 9 pts if a virgin, if the person is 15 you should get 3 pts.  If you give him 6 pts for a 15 yr old, the odds swing a little to your favor because with one year in age you are getting 3 more points for your score then he would for is.  

Gambling is all about advantage.
