Me and my friend want to open a berverage/Popsickle/Food stand at a local park?

We're going to donate all the profits to charity. I just got to know if:

Do we need to get permission from the Town first before we do anything or something like that?

You'll need permission from the city's park committee as well as a permit from the city to open the stand. Also, you'll need to pass a health inspection test. Sounds like a lot of work but if it's worth it, you should go for it.
