Me and my horse have to dress up as hippies any tips?

i have to find a hippy costume for me and dress my horse up also. any suggestions for a good cheap costume?

wrap a tye dye  thing around his halter paint flowers on him they have special paint that they use. use temporary hair color spray on his tail in stripes of different colors like green purple blue yellow and pink paint his hoofs purple
