is this a local company, or just a national one that has local offices or franchises? I would be hesitant to get any quote over internet-usually they come to your house to see what you have to give you a quote

Make sure you have his business license and check him out with your local Better Business Bureau. Also get quotes from a few other movers so you know what is a reasonable rate.

One red flag I see on the web site is that there is no business licence number listed, though they say they are "Licensed, bonded insured" -you really need to get that license number and check them out thoroughly. If they are legitimate, they will be happy to give you their licensing info.
