  1. bournemouth/christchurch area

bournemouth has a uni ,colleges and schools

brockenhurst on train from christchurch has college.

  2. Depends on what facilities you want nearby. The Devon and Cornwall coast line through to the Kent coastline all have great villages, towns and cities along the way.

I would personally stick to the south coast as once you have done your A levels there is generally more opportunity for you to get work and make some decent money, not sure what your planning on studying, but if your not far from London which would put you in the Southampton through to part of Kent as an hour away by train then you have more options open to you once you pass your A levels.

Thats my opinion. I live in Brighton and its fun and has a great Uni life here, being Sussex and Brighton uni's as well.

There are some great 6ft form colleges to attend as well.

  3. Well, there are many. I will describe one and let others give more ideas.

Thanet college and Kingsgate college are two examples that offer A-level courses and are located in Broadstairs.

Broadstairs has seven golden bays and clifftop walks.

During the summer season Viking Bay hosts firework displays with hundreds lining the overlooking cliff tops.

In the second week of August the town hold the Folk Week music festival.

Plenty more info is available by using search engines.

I hope you find what you are looking for.

  4. Southend-on-sea is a nicer area than people make out, and was voted one of the top areas that people wanted to retire to. It has also won awards for being the top beach in the country, and has the world’s largest pleasure pier. It has a bad rep because it is in Essex, but as someone who as lived there all of my life I can tell you that it’s completely undeserved. Also, if you don’t want to live in Southend itself, then there are plenty of boroughs that are even nicer, such as Leigh or Eastwood. There’s definitely plenty to do in Southend and a really good nightlife, plus it’s just a short train journey from London.

Southend has plenty of schools, from comprehensives to several grammar schools which offer extremely high quality education (Westcliff boys and Girls schools, Southend boys and girls, etc) to do you’re A Levels in, and there are two colleges- the newly built SEEC (South East Essex College) and SEEVIC (South East Essex Sixth Form College). SEEC is only newly built, in a good location in the town centre, whereas SEEVIC is more academically focused (I go there myself) and is an excellent place to study.

    :]
