  1. yes if he's willing to work with you to support the kids

  2. Yes you can. but watch out, It could be a trap!!!

  3. I wouldn't!   He's got to keep caring for them under your roof anyways! And there's no guarentee you will work things out for the long haul.

IN ND I knew of a couple that this happened to. They ( the state) WOULDN'T drop the child support case.

  4. yes, but first you need to contact the child support office and make them aware of the situation. However, if you recieved any type of welfare while you were seperated he may still be required to pay back the portion of benefits you recieved while you were apart. Good luck!

  5. Yes, you can drop the child support case.  I would suggest, however, that you contact your attorney and get his view on the case.  There may be other legalities that need tied up.

Hubby and I were separated for a while and I filed for CS.  When we got back together, I dropped it.  My attorney had the CS stopped.  It was automatically taken out his check.  That was all I had to do.  He filed it with the courts and I was done.

God's blessings on you and yours...Always!

  6. the two of you need to work that out with child support with going back to court to settle this and all your relationship issues since you got back together..hope everything works out

  7. ~h**l naw! it might be a trap!~

  8. I'm with babycake on this one, make him sign something then get it dropped.

  9. Lawyer's answer: No!  You must follow through until I have exhausted all billing possibilities.

    Common Sense answer: Duh, yeah!
