a pirate walks into the doctors office complaining about pains. during the exaimination, the doctor finds a large wooden steering wheel from a boat in the pirates butt. the doctor says "sir, you have a steering wheel in your butt", to which the pirate responds "i know, it's drivin' me nuts!"

It goes like this:

A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel strapped to his genitals.  The bartender says 'What is that you got there stuck to your pants?  Is that a steering wheel?'  And then the pirate says 'Aaaaarrrrgh its drivin me nuts!'
