Me & my friend are planning to go to Paris for vacation. We already have passports. Does Paris require a visa?

What are the needed documents to be able to tour Paris?

If you are American, you do not need a visa to visit France. I don't know about any other countries.

Of course you need a passport anytime you travel outside the US territories.  If your staying over a certain amount of days, you may also need a Visa in the country you are visiting.  But for short trips, a Passport will do.

A visa is needed for stays over 90 days.  Here is the Department Of State website requirements.
