  1. how long have you been trying if it is a long time go see a fertility dr. they can help

  2. You need to be relaxed and try for a year unprotected. If you  are still struggling go see an infertility specialist.

  3. Figure out when you're ovulating for one, it will increase the chances.  If you're not 'dancing' on the right days, you'll always miss.  A guideline to follow is to have consistent s*x and to keep track.  If you are over 35 it's recommended to see a doctor if in 6 months you haven't gotten pregnant...  for under 35 it's a year.  Most couples WILL conceive within 3-6 months.

  4. I would get a fertility book and start there.  I read a lot of positive things about the book, Taking Charge of your Fertility.

  5. That depends heavily upon how long you've been trying, the state of both of your reproductive health, your age, and of course, timing.

It takes an average healthy couple anywhere from several months to a year to get pregnant.  So don't panic just yet.  If you are unsure or concern about this or have been trying for more than a year, then I would recommend that your see your physician or fertility specialist for further examination.

  6. It can take at least a year or even two for a healthy couple to fall pregnant.

How long have you been trying?

  7. I got pregnant with my 3 children really easily, but now we are trying for #4 and no luck. The chances of a healthy couple conceiving each month is only 20% so unless you've been trying for a long time, a year or more, I wouldn't worry. If after that long you haven't conceived you should see your doctor. Knowing when you ovulate will help increase your chances, along with a healthy diet. a**s castus (chasteberry) is well known to help with fertility and regulating periods which you can buy from health shops (lots of info about this on google) Also some people have suggested taking a decongestant cough syrup as this helps make your cervical mucus easier for sperm to travel through. The missionary postition rather than the woman on top etc when you make love is also best for sperm as it is closer to your cervix and has gravity to help. Hope this helps, good luck.

  8. go to a doctor
