Hi!

Okay in my last question I told you I was doing slimfast! Well tonight I got so so hungry I couldn't stand myself that i budged and started eating well i talked to my mom and we came up with a plan that i will eat smaller portions do you guys know any websites or have any suggestions on eating smaller portions how you guess what is a smaller portion & also a good workout plan for me

    Calculate your BMR, then make a diet that is personalized for you.


  2. For smaller portions just eat one serving of food at a time.  For instance even though most people eat a whole can of soup, some cans say 2 servings on the back so you would just eat half.  Also, drink a glass of water before every meal you eat which will make you full quicker and don't eat so fast because it takes your body at least 15-20 minutes to realize you're full.
