  1. The mean is the average.

To find the mean add up all the numbers in the list and then divide it by the number of data values.

To find the median you arrange the numbers in order from lowest to highest. If there are an even amount of numbers you take the two numbers in the middle and divide by two. If there is an odd number of

values, the middle value in the ordered list is the  median.

The mode is the number that appears most frequently. If all numbers appear in the list at the same frequency (number of times a number appears in a list) then there is no mode.

  2. The median is 37.5 - when you organize the numbers (least to greatest) the middle # is there's an even # of #'s like it is in this case average the two #'s in the middle (35 and 40)

The mean is 39- average of all the #'s (add all #'s together divide by how many #' there are)

The mode... there is no mode for the given data... the mode is the # or #'s that are repeated the most

ex {8,5,9,8,9,6,5} the mode would be 9 and 8 because they occur 2 times
