Mean ladies at the YMCA?

The entire staff at the Y is made up of cranky old b*****s. Is this true everywhere? They really make the workout experience terrible.

No, not all Y's.  Just find another one.  There usually is more than one Y around.

Seriously, it sounds as though you have a bit of an attitude.

I hate to say it, but customer service is terrible this day and time.  Over worked and underpaid make people very cranky.  

Being nice to rude people usually change their attitudes for just an instant. Try it..

The YMCA is a non profit organization.  These women probably get paid c**p.  When places pay c**p, they generally hire anyone who is willing to work.. i.e. cranky hags.  Just smile and pretend they don't exist.  Karma...

Really? Maybe only at certain locations. I've been to two different locations. It wasn't like that.
