ok, but read this so you understand it, ok?  It's really pretty simple.  First, line them up from lowest to greatest.

4.7  4.8  4.9  4.9  4.9  5.1  5.3  5.3  5.6  5.7  6.0

Now, it's easy to find the median (middle number in the set) and mode (the number that occurs most often)

Since there is an odd number of numbers in this set, you can just count inwards to find it.  If it helps, cross one number out on the ends as you go.  (if you ever end up with an even number, add the two numbers in the middle together and divide the sum by two)  Anyway, in this case it is 5.1

The mode is 4.9, since it occurs in the set three times.

The mean is the average, so just add them together and divide by 11 (you do the work on this one, it's simple)
