Meaning of Baby Dream?

I have had a dream that I had given birth in hospital once before. This dream was a little different! Here goes: I'm holding this little baby girl in my arms and she starts crying. I am quite tired and later on in my dream I realise I had a c-section anyways I ask how long ago she was fed not remembering and realise she is crying as she is over her 4 hours I do not have nothing in for her what so ever and I breast feed her on the left breast and later on taking her into the kitchen my sister is in there with bags from the shop I say to her I need to get sterilising things nappies etc and she says there is no need to I shouldnt feel obligied type thing but if I wanted to get them a steriliser that would be great It is then after breastfeeding my baby I realise I dont want to hand her over and ask my sister if I could take the baby to see my fiance' and she agrees

Strange dream like I was her surrogate with my eggs and fiance' sperm
