specifically what do the following lines mean:

1)With wealth your state, your mind with arts improve

2)or the king's real, his stamped face

3)add one more to the plaguy bill

4)Litigious men, which quarrels move

5)we are tapers too, and at our own cost die

6)the phoenix riddle hath more wit

7)and if no piece of chronicle we prove

8)made one anothers hermitage

9)that they did all to you epitomize
