  1. Typically, "no approved therapeutic claim" is actually the same type of warning as "these statements have not been approved by the FDA"... it's standard rhetoric for supplements because the FDA in many ways doesn't want to address supplements.

    Basically, the FDA won't allow them to make medical claims (like therapeutic results), but they won't deny their sale on the market (assuming they aren't dangerous for human consumption).

    The company is basically just saying "we can't claim this will give any therapeutic benefits, just that it's good for health maintenance".


  2. It means that there is no evidence that the product cures anything and that it has not been licensed for use on any condition by any drug/medicine authority.

    i.e. it doesn't work but you can't sue us
