You can't cure measles. It's a self-limiting viral infection. Once it starts it will run its course whatever you do.

Treatment consists of relieving the symptoms - plenty of rest, keeping the temperature down, light nutritious food, plenty of fluids, keeping the curtains closed if the child's eyes are sensitive to light.
