I was curious what are the measurements that determine a single wide from a double wide? It is a Marlette built in 1976. Do you know the measurement guidelines that Marlette uses to determine this?

  1. A doublewide is two units that has to be bolted together when reaching it's destination. A single wide is just one unit by it self.

A single wide can be 12 to 14 feet wide and a doublewide can be 24 to 28 feet wide depending on the year and model.
