  1. veggies.

    Meat is just gross. Not only does it kill an innocent animal, but with all those fillers and steroids they pump into your meat, and all the unhealthy fat and grease, veggies are the easy choice.


  2. Meat is full of fat, cholesterol, and grease. Ewww.

    The healthy and yummier choice is a meat-free balanced plate with veg, starch, and fruit.

  3. If you ask a vegetarian, they'll obviously say veggie. That is what I would say, too. I don't know how anyone can like meat. I've never liked it.

I'd have to say both.  I LOVE veggies and eat a lot of them but I get meat cravings if I haven't eaten enough of it for a few days.  I also love fish and don't think I could ever give up fish.  I am also totally lactose intolerant (or worse, can't even drink that lactose-free milk without getting sick) so no cheese, no ice cream, etc. and I also have allergies to other fruits/veggies so getting complete nutrition would be real hard to do for me on a pure veg. diet.

  14. In a recent article in JAMA,the human body needs the nutrients and components of both meat and vegetarian food sources in order to produce/maintain a both mindful and body health status.So in my diet..I combine the 2,with a bit less meat per serving just to obtain the protein needed.

    Theres no choice between the 2,the body needs both.

  16. umm... this is in the vegetarian category, so most people here might be vegetarians/vegans. I, personally, am a vegetarian, so VEGGIE ALL THE WAY!

    the medical community will give all kinds of "fake" study to back up the paid for opinions of the meat industry that meat is necessary, and steroids are good for you....
