Meatless chicken?

I got some frozen meatless "chicken" to have in a salad, should i/ how should i cook it first?

  1. Probably not necessary unless you want to give it special flavors.


  2. Hmm, it depends on what brand. Most vegetarian meatless chicken is pre-cooked but it's still safe to cook it a while longer, of course to heat it up, too. Look on the package to see if it's already cooked. If it isn't, cook it in a frying pan with seasoning on medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes. Hope I could help! =)

  3. You just need to heat it first. I "cook" mine likes its regular chicken, just not as long, only till its warm enough,

  4. well you really need to look at the directions slo that you wil  no how to cook it cause sometimes sifferent brands require different cooking requirements.

  5. I have found that they taste 100%  better if you bake them rather than heat them in the microwave (that goes for any frozen vegetarian products I have bought in the past).
