A piece of furniture weighing 1200 N Is pushed up ramp that is 4 meters long and 1 meter high. A worker uses a force of 400 N to push it up. What is the mecchanical advantage of the ramp? How do I solve it? Is it 4?

the advantage of the ramp is 4, the distance the force is applied (4 meters) divided by the distance the object is moved (1 meter).

you'd think 300 N would be enough to move the furniture, but friction takes up the other 100 N.
