Media Center PC 873N My TV Video Error

Question

When clicking on MY TV in media center, the TV doesn't start. It locks up the media center and I have to 'ctrl-alt-del' and the media center process to get out of it. I have reloaded the emuzedTV drivers and Audio drivers per the Microsoft website. I checked the cable connection using a TV and it works fine. I was so frustrated over time. I finally ran a complete system reload. Still it doesn't work. Also, my addition of Media Center is the 2004 version (not 2005).
