Media player ,system restore, help and support not...

Question

my windows media player is not working and whenever i open system restore,system information,wireless assistant,etc i get a blank page.may be i have deleted some of my system files can reinstalling the windows help myproblem or is there any better alternative. please suggest me. another problem that i have is that my windows xp cd is in the form of nero disk image how can i install windows from that cd. my operating system is "windows xp version 6-dark edition"
