  1. They can if you lied about your income.

  2. Contact your local welfare office.  I think the only way to get kicked off is lying about your income.  However, if you did not lie and you were in fact still eligible they should be able to help.  They will probably ask for proof.  But I'm pretty sure they can go back and amend stuff three months in the past.

  3. i dont know how it is in your state, but i do know that in ohio if you dont keep them notified of your status meaning married or not, then yes they can take you off.  however before doing so, they usually notifie you  about the reason for dismissal.  you can request a hearing and they have to do that by law. when that time comes you can state your case.

  4. You really need 2 call the state Medicaid office and ask them about it. They may give you a chance to fix it. Not reporting your income is Medicaid fraud which is a felony. An adult younger than about 50 years old, unless disabled or pregnant, can only make around $200 a month and recieve Medicaid. If you had reported your income you would probably have still been eligible because of the pregnancy. I'm not trying to scare you, but you need to act quickly. The sooner you try to correct it the better off you'll be. Could it be that maybe you were cut off because you missed your annual recertification appt.?  If they sent you a letter setting up an appt and u missed it, ur Medicaid would have ended also. You have to renew it every year. If that is the case, if you do get certified again they will cover all ur bills from 3 months back.  I believe the number to Colorado dept. Of Medicaid is 1-303-866-2413. Best of luck to u!
