Medicaid income question

Could someone please tell me what the monthly income limit for a woman to receive medicaid ( due to pregnancy ) is if there are four people in the family?? Please be sure to tell me if it is gross income or net income.

Count only the income only of the pregnant woman and, if in the home, the father of the unborn.
