Medical Law/ Bioethics?

Question

I will be graduating this May with both an associate’s degree in pre-medicine and a baccalaureate in psychology. I am interested in the field of medical law and bioethics, eventually to become a judge, but I am unsure of what field of law to go into.

I currently live in Maryland, but would like to attend school (at least partially) in Switzerland. Do you know if there are law schools in Switzerland that teach in English? Are there any transfer programs in the United States or near Maryland?
