Medical Mishap...what to do?

I had my son a year ago, and always thought his circumsion looked differant, being a new mother, I wasn't exactly sure. So I took my son to a pediatric specialist (in another hosp.) and they said that the circumsion wasn't done right, and that it should be fixed. It looks he never had it done, you have to pull back the skin to clean him. My question is, I am contimplating complaining to the local hosp/dr. that did this, how do I go about informing them. A letter, a phone call? Is it possilbe to get a refund for the circumsision? I do not want them to redo it, possilbly maybe if it was another dr....but I am kinda upset with them, any hints, suggestions would be appreciated!

um call and ask to speak with the head in charge and then tell them the story and see if they can fix it then if not take yur son somewhere else
