About 1 month ago I had a miagrain and then took some pain killer I bought over the counter with a relaxant in it. Since then I have had a headache but it hasn't been really bad. Also about once a week I mix up my word or I say something else not what I think I have said.

  1. You need to take the pain killer/relaxant with you to the doctor and tell her/him all this.  Problems with language suggest a neurological disorder which only a physician can deal with.

  2. You should report this to your physician.

There are conditions that mimic migraine.

Migraine is a very specific constellation of symptoms, not just a bad headache. If you have already seen someone and are SURE it was a migraine, there are neurologic complications of migraine that might need treatment.
