Medical Statistics help?

Group A ( medicine A ) ; 30 patient , 16 completely respond, 8 partial respond, 6 no respond to medicine A.

Group B( Medicine B ) , 30 patient , 20 responded, 8 partial respond, 2 no respond to medicine B

How can I find the significance of diffrence?

I dont have SPSS , please somebody tell me the amswer PLZZZZ.

  1. Group A:

    Complete response CR = 16/30 = 53.3%

    Overall Response rate (ORR) = 16 + 8/30 = 80%

    Group B:

    CR = 20/30 = 67%

    ORR = 20 + 8/30 = 93.3%

    Difference = 13.7% for CR rate, 13.3% for ORR rate

    That is a start.
