  1. LFT's

  2. CK-MB, TN-I & EKG are all used in the Dx of ACS.

LFTs are helpful for determining if there's damage to your liver but don't tell you a whole heck of a lot about your heart.

  3. Wow, I think you've asked 5 questions from your job application test now.

You're not cut out to be a MT. Quit cheating. You won't pass the skills part of the test, since you have to do that on your own.

  4. Carlos M is correct.  LFTs are liver function tests, things like total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphotase...nothing directly to do with heart function.

Troponins and CK/MB are enzymes that are followed and which rise after an MI (there are different kinds of CKs or creatine kinases and the 'MB' type is the one most closely linked with cardiac muscle; troponin I is also a specific subunit of the troponin complex that rises in the context of heart muscle damage).  EKG is a measurement of the electrical activity of the heart, which can be disrupted during or after a heart attack.
