Medical alert bracelet for panic attacks and anxiety disorder?

yes im on medication...

and yes i go to therapy

i'm in college and i wanted to know if i should tell my professors about my panic disorder and anxiety disorder and wear a alert bracelet

should i tell the counseling center at my college)??

i also have a history of seizures too. i'm only 20 and i feel so bad for having this so young. so what do you think i should do about this?

i live in constant fear of my next breakdown,panic attack,and seizure and it keeps me in fear and it makes my anxiety worse especially in class

  1. You didn't say what your on medicine for. If you have seizures that often then you should be on seizure medicine which would control it. If your panic attacks are that bad and you have them that often it might make you feel better if someone at college knew.. Personally it seems silly to get a bracelet for anxiety but for seizure maybe. Just tell your professor so you can excuse yourself when needed and not be questioned.


  2. I think you should get a bracelet & yes most definitely you should inform someone about your condition because you never know what may happen & also with anxiety it can happen at anytime make sure that you let someone know even if it's a trusted professor
